Every figure that appears in the deck carries a citation log entry covering source type, name, freshness, licensing, and confidence level. Management-provided data is visually separated from public and vendor data in tables and footnotes.

references/compliance.md is read before any slide is written. All outputs are framed as discussion materials, not investment advice, and carry the required non-reliance disclaimers on the final slide.

When financial data MCPs such as FactSet or Capital IQ are connected, live comps and transaction multiples are pulled automatically. Without an MCP, all figures are clearly labeled as assumptions in slide footers.

System fonts are used by default so decks render correctly in confidential or offline PDF export. Remote fonts are opt-in only after the user explicitly accepts the privacy and rendering tradeoff.
